How to Use the Email Signature Generator

Follow these simple steps to create and set up your email signature in Outlook:

  1. Fill Out the Form:

    • Enter your Name.

    • Enter your Title.

    • Enter your Email Address.

    • Enter your Phone Number in the format: +61 4xx xxx xxx.

  2. Generate Your Signature:

    • Click the "Generate Signature" button.

    • Your customized email signature will appear in the preview section below the form.

  3. Copy Your Signature:

    • Click the "Copy to Clipboard" button. This will copy the entire signature, including all formatting, to your clipboard.

  4. Add Signature to Outlook:

    • Open Outlook.

    • Go to File > Options > Mail > Signatures.

    • In the Email Signature tab, click New to create a new signature.

    • Give your signature a name, then paste the copied signature into the Edit signature box by pressing Ctrl+V (or right-click and select Paste).

    • Ensure that the formatting is correct. If needed, adjust any text or images directly in the editor.

    • Click OK to save your new signature.

  5. Set Default Signature:

    • In the Choose default signature section, select your new signature for New messages and Replies
