Our innovative design of conventional activated sludge, biofilm carrier technology and submerged membrane separation has proven exceptionally stable under trying operating conditions and is able to handle variable wastewater challenges such as steep spikes in COD and BOD.

Additionally a unique aeration and mixing design has eliminated diffuser issues while retaining a high efficiency rating.

Our ultraBiox-ZR™ Services

  • Our in house engineering team will develop and business case and design so you can conceptualise the outcome and make better business decisions.

  • Once the concept design and project has been approved, we will work with you through HAZOP and SiD to develop a buildable solution with a firm CAPEX and OPEX for final approval.

  • Following design, we will begin in-house fabrication of technology and our delivery partner will prepare the site with civil works.

    Mechanical and electrical installation will begin approximately 6 months after detailed design has been completed.

  • We will undertake a comprehensive commissioning program with performance verification and hand the plant over to a FlowCare specialist for ongoing operational support.
